Babette started out in 2008 as a baking school specialised in bread and pastry. Five years later, they opened their first retail bakery in Peñagrande. In 2014 their second shop opened, and the expansion continued until 2018, when they asked S+DLH to design their new premises in Calle Serrano.

We created a warm space, restored ceilings and mouldings, and designed custom furniture inspired by Japanese panels.
