S+DLH has carried out the integral reform of this house which is developed at street level and has direct access to a private garden. It consists of two separate areas, one for public use and the other for private use. In the first one there is the entrance, the toilet and the kitchen completely open to the living room, all with a natural oak wood floor.
In contrast, in the second floor, the entire floor has been carpeted to create a more comfortable space. This is where we find the bedroom with a bathroom open to the dressing room. Natural materials have been used in the bathrooms, such as campaspero stone, which is integrated with a grooved wood design in the washbasin furniture.
